Indian Institute of Management Jammu organised Round Table Conferences (RTC) in various cities from 7th August 2025 to 1st November 2025. The purpose of such RTCs was to bring together academic leaders and corporate decision-makers to explore the critical role of academia-industry collaboration in shaping the future of Human Resources and workforce development.
